Martin has successfully established an independent brokerage with his client's experience as a top priority. Bear Flag Realty and Co. is a full-service residential real estate brokerage offering Realty services to buyers and sellers, an array of Home Loan options, and Property Management. Bear Flag's full-service approach allows a true opportunity to serve clients as they purchase, sell, and invest in homes. Martin also benefits from a 16-year career in banking prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, with most of his career spent managing and coaching in a regional lending support role. Martin received several top producer awards and had opportunities to work closely with executive leadership in a corporate environment. His experiences give him a clear advantage in helping his clients understand all the financial aspects of purchasing and selling real estate while continuing to grow a successful brokerage. During his financial career, he found a passion for real estate, became a licensed Realtor, a top producer, a Real Estate Broker, and now owns and operates a well-respected brokerage. Martin has now been helping clients make sound financial decisions for over 20 years. Martin's family and his love of helping others have always been his leading motivations. He and his wife enjoy raising their five children and a household full of pets.
