Karen has been selling homes in the Roseville area for the last 25 years with  passion.  When asked the secret of her success  as a high achieving real estate career, Karen Asay answered with these words: Great service and lots of enthusiasm. She has been in the top 10% of local realtors for the last 25 years.  She is an outstanding life and presidents winner with Masters Club at PCAR.  Karen is professional and has a caring approach with all her clients.Service is a big to do on Karen's list.  She is the current PCAR Sec/Treasure for 2023 and incoming President elect for 2024.  She also serves on the Foundation, Finance, Rocklin Marketing committees plus is a director for California Assoication of Realtors. In her community her husband and her cook for the homeless at St Vicent and Gathering Inn.  She is very active in her church St Clare with the Mom's Ministry and also the Faith Formation program.  Her greatest love is for her husband, 5 sons (one in heaven) , 3 daughter in laws and the sweetest 7 grandchildren the world has ever seen.  As a family they all love game night, days hiking, fishing, kayaking and traveling in the RV.  So blessed to live in Northern Callifornia where day trips can take you to the beach or the mountains of Tahoe.  Vision Statement: To provide professional service with a friendly attitude. Mission Statement: To make a difference in this world by providing exceptional friendly service, while achieving my goals and living a balanced faithful life.

Thank you for being here. I have been assisting Home Buyers, Sellers and Investors in California since 2007 and I would love the opportunity to see how I can best serve you too! I am an "Investor Friendly" Real Estate Agent! My area of expertise is Central and Northern California. (Clovis, Fresno, Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, West Sac, Fairfield, Vacaville, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova and everywhere in between) .I have also worked the Real Estate market in the Greater SF Bay, Napa and East Bay, Greater Los Angeles/Orange County/San Bernadino and the Carmel/Monterey regions for Investors.
