Let me introduce myself. My name is Lydia Almanza of Sacramento, CA. I have been licensed since 2005 and have received many awards and recognitions , including   Top Producer and  Masters Club Member for Placer County.  Previous to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I was an Administrative Assistant for Centex Homes Realty, a subsidery of Centex Homes Corporation. My job consisted of Administration Assistant and  processing new Real Estate agents hires as well as reviewing all incoming sales contracts. My duties also consisted of being a liaisons for the Builder of Centex Homes, where I went to  new Home Buyers, with questions regarding their recent home purchase. Centex Homes also had Title Company and Mortgage Lending services, where I assisted when needed.This experience took me to the next step in building my own career in Real Estate.  I attending many workshops which include Mortgage Financing, Title and Escrow, Real Estate Ethics and more. Now, I enjoy helping my clients achieve their Dream of Homeownership. I specialize in working with First Time Home Buyers and Sellers and my team of lenders keep me current on daily news about Loan Products and Mortgage rates, which I kindly pass along to  Buyer or Sellers.
